It is thanks to the great love that life has given him, his wife Ramona, that his dream takes shape and becomes All’Oro.

24 April 2007 is a milestone: Riccardo, with the help of Ramona and his sister in law Melina, opens his restaurant, turning his dream into their All’Oro.

All’Oro has come a long way since then, and so did Riccardo and Ramona, a dynamic couple, passionate and determined, which is perfectly balanced in the management of the restaurant: he is the kitchen, she is the dining room, perfect counterparts one for the other.

In 2012 they moved All’Oro in 5 stars boutique hotel in the city center of Rome, where they managed the Restaurant as well as the food cocktail bar and the rooftop: 3 deeply different locations but strongly interconnected.

A 3 years adventure that allowed Riccardo and Ramona to learn how the hosting wholeness could be offered by combining high-level hotellerie and F&B.

In December 2015 Riccardo e Ramona faced a new challenge and  All’Oro Restaurant was moved into a new location, a 500 mt from Piazza del Popolo and Via del Corso, 15 months of work to built its own house: The H’All Tailor Suite.

Then in March 2017 the first “tailor made” hotel in Rome was born and its heart is always All’Oro Restaurant: house and kitchen, the same ownership, the same concept.
