Terms and Conditions
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

We inform our customers that the booking service is managed by Resdiary (www.resdiary.com), with the support of the Stripe interbank platform (stripe.com) –

• From 1 to 4 covers: We require the insertion of a valid credit card as a guarantee of your reservation, therefore at the time of booking you won’t be taken any amount. Only if the reservation will not be cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours notice by emailing us to booking@ristorantealloro.it or in the event of a no-show of the interested party, a fee of € 75 will be charged for each person booked. The reduction in the number of guests less than 48 hours before your booking time will result in a charge of € 75 for each cancelled cover. If the reservation were to result in a “no show” of the person, or in case of a modified number of guests not notified in advance, it will be charged an amount of € 75 (fifty/ euros) per person booked, and will issued an invoice for the amount charged on credit card. In case of cancellation, made online through your confirmation email or communicated to us in writing at least 48 hours before-by email, to the address: booking@ristorantealloro.it, this amount will not be forfeited and, therefore, no charge will be applied. In case of a subsequent modification of the booking, reference is made to the date of the last modification and the contract is deemed automatically renewed under the same conditions.

• From 5 to 8 covers: At the time of booking a non- refundable pre-payment of € 75 per cover is required.

The Ristorante All’Oro is not liable for any malfunctions / losses of data / security flaws of the platforms owned by third parties used for the online management of the reservation service. For the Resdiary and Stripe policies, refer to the respective websites (https://stripe.com/it/terms).
